What this ranking measures

The score is the sum of two counts: written reviews from people who received the item, and comment threads underneath the listing. Both take effort, so this list filters for products that provoked a reaction, good or bad.
Discussion is not endorsement. A sizing disaster generates threads just as fast as a great find, and we do not separate the two here, deliberately: the products worth reading about before you order are exactly the ones with argument under them. Open the reviews before you open an agent quote.
Every card above carries its position in this list. Click through for the reviews, the warehouse QC photos and a purchasing-agent cost estimate, because a rank is a starting point and the evidence on the product page is what actually decides it.
The fine print
- Score = review count + comment count. Likes and saves play no part.
- Warnings, sizing reports and QC complaints count identically to praise.
- Reviews carry what the buyer paid all-in, which makes the threads here unusually useful.
- High discussion with a low rating is a red flag worth clicking into, not around.
Affiliate relationships never touch these rankings. Lantern earns referral fees from some purchasing agents (disclosed on every quote), and none of that revenue can move a product one place in any list on this page.
